Villa Mary Villa Mary is a modern house located next to the village of Pigi, just 10 km away from the town of Rethymno. The 240 sqm size villa and can comfortably accommodate 8-14 people.
The nearest shop and tavern are in a short walking distance about 500 m away and the distance to the nearest beach is 3 km away.
The villa is devided in 3 floors-levels. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom , which can be used when there are more than 8 people. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and olive trees, the villa features an attractive large swimming pool of 95 m2 and a sun terrace in front of the villa with patio furniture, as well as a BBQ, table tennis, a basketball net and a small children play area.

The ground floor villa has two bedrooms sharing a bath/WC each , one with twin beds and one with a double bed. Also there is a dining area and living room.
In addition there is a small gym.
On the basement floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds ,the other with a double bed, sharing a shower/WC. The floors are connected by an outside-staircase.
The upper floor has two bedrooms sharing a bath/WC , both having a balcony, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. Also there is a split-level dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The floors are connected by an outside-staircase.
There are wonderful distant sea views from this balcony and should you wish to dine here there is another barbecue for your use.
